The DTU Pharmacy faculty was founded on December 10th 2012, and offers a five-year regular major in university level Pharmacology and a concentrated four-year regular Pharmacology Linking Program. Initially the faculty had only three classes with 180 students but today 1,000 are enrolled.

Resolving to link education and research, lecturers are striving to learn all about the rapid, ongoing developments in medicine worldwide. The faculty currently employs 70 staff and lecturers, who all hold PhDs, Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees in Pharmacy.
The faculty partners with two big medical universities in the USA, the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Pittsburgh and shares their curricula.
In their first five years, the Faculty of Pharmacy has worked hard and made some encouraging achievements. The faculty is creating a high-quality learning environment to educate professional pharmacists for the community and become the university of choice for prospective students from Central Vietnam and elsewhere.
