DTU Civil Engineering graduates qualified civil engineers to design, build, and maintain our national infrastructure, our roads and bridges and associated construction.
Duration: 4 to 4.5 years
Working skills
The Civil Engineering course teaches how to conduct experiments to analyze, evaluate and portray construction information and construction design and how to apply theory and practice to identify technical solutions to problems, according to economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, society, politics, health and safety standards.
Career prospects
Graduates will work in design and supervisory consultancy companies, construction management companies, government agencies, such the Department of Construction, the Department of Planning & Investment, finance and real estate companies, material suppliers and so on, or become self-employed.
