Along with economic development and global integration, the Pharmaceutical sector is increasingly expanding, as an integral part of public healthcare and protection. In order to meet growing demand, DTU offers a Bachelor’s Degree Linking program in Pharmacology.

- From Vocational High School to a Bachelor’s degree: 3 - 4 years

Working skills
- Medicine production: selecting and producing various types of medicine, special food and cosmetics.
- Clinical pharmacy: analyzing clinical drug usage, consulting and instructing on appropriate drug use for patients, identifying sources of information.
- Drug trading and management: implementing management techniques and economical systems to select, procure and distribute drugs and health services appropriately to local communities.
- Drug quality assurance: measuring and processing data concerning the quality of drugs, special food and cosmetics, developing improved quality and testing procedures.
- Traditional medicine and pharmacy: distinguishing between medicinal herbs, their production and processing, consulting and teaching about the use of medicinal herbs and other medicinal products.
Career prospects
Clinical pharmacist: working in hospitals, responsible for providing quantity and quality assurance and consultancy to doctors in prescriptions.
- Preparatory Pharmacist: studying drug production.
- Pharmacist: retail pharmacist, wholesaler and importer.
-Pharmacy worker: drug management, treatment and production and supervising the quality of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and special foods.
