During a period of strong socioeconomic development and urbanization in Vietnam, environmental pollution, especially in large cities, has become a major issue. As the problem spreads, there are an increasing number of hot spots countrywide, demonstrating that the population as a whole must be made more aware of the adverse effects of waste disposal and other destructive behaviors.
