The Faculty of Electrical Engineering

DTU is the Headquarters of Electrical Engineering Education

DTU attracts more and more Electrical Engineering applicants every year by focusing on international partnerships, the quality of education and by investing in state-of-the-art research laboratories and equipment. In this environment, Electrical Engineering students have developed some impressive “Made in Duy Tan” products. Let’s take a look at the DTU facilities and find out why Electrical Engineering researchers love working here all day.

International collaboration and intensive training enhance the quality of education

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is increasing the demand for highly-qualified technicians, particularly in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Four years ago, DTU first partnered with Purdue University to develop advanced programs in Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics, sharing curricula with Purdue lecturers and graduating with certificates in order to meet the rapidly increasing international demand for specialists. This partnership laid the groundwork for DTU to apply for ABET accreditation. An evaluation team visited DTU in October 2019 in preparation.
