Successful cooperation will begin a new chapter for the DTU Ph.D. programs

Dr. Le Nguyen Bao, DTU Provost, expressed his wish for a long-term partnership with GUST. He hoped that the collaboration would help reinforce capabilities and allow DTU to enhance education and research, as well as nurturing start-up projects.

DTU and GUST will conduct research projects and offer international-standard Ph.D. programs. In particular, each Ph.D. student will be taught by one GUST lecturer and one DTU lecturer. The objective of the partnership is to enable Ph.D. students to publish as many ISI papers as possible. In addition, DTU and GUST will hold national and international conferences and lecturers and Ph.D. students will use both GUST and DTU labs and facilities. DTU will grant scholarships for students enrolling in the programs.

The partnership agreement between GUST and DTU is based on the spirit of volunteering, friendship and working together for the development of science education and increased research productivity.
