On 15th Oct. 2009, Duy Tan university handed over the relief aid including 3 metric tons of rice, 3000 notebooks, 1000 pens, hundreds of clothes to people in Nui Thanh-Quang Nam and Binh Son-Quang Ngai who has suffered heavy damages in the last typhoon. This aid not only contributes to helping the victims recover from the storm but manifests the responsibility of DTU’s staff, lecturers and students to the community.
It is known that the university has the policy of tuition debt during 4 academic years, repaying after graduation, for new students who had the great loss in the typhoon Ketsana.
