The DTU Startup Center launched the 2018 DTU Startup contest, one of several activities revolving around business startups, all aimed promoting creativity and stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit of the young through practical business projects.
You are invited to participate in the 2018 Startup contest
Schools around Danang can hone their entrepreneurial skills, introduce their ideas and products and make their dreams come true. The contest has two rounds:
* The preliminaries, from March 3 to April 28: Teams register one or more creative concepts through the Duytan Startup Fanpage link. Each week, the organizers will select the two most feasible and practical ideas for entry into the finals and the best ideas will be awarded weekly prizes of 500,000 vnd.
* The Finals, from May 2 to 9: Participants begin developing their business project.
Teams can call for financial support from relatives and friends and also, depending on the standard of their project, can receive additional grants from DTU of 500,000 vnd each. After completing their projects, contestants will present them to the Investment Council and negotiate with investors for further funding.

Within the framework of the competition, the Startup Center will arrange supporting, complementary activities, such as teaching specialized, appropriate startup skills and how to publish articles on projects on the Duytan Startup Fanpage. The organizers will also hold a talk show “Startup Stories” with business people advising contestants onsite.
So join the 2018 contest and work in professional environment of successful business people and other outstanding startup teams. The contest will serve as a foundation for a successful journey to inspire the dream of being young and wealthy.
