Graduation Ceremony for Students of Bachelor’s Degree Linking Programs

On September 17th, DTU held a graduation ceremony for students of its 4-year Linking programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Pharmacology, Nursing and IT. Attendees included Dr. Vo Thanh Hai, DTU Vice-Provost, Deans of DTU Faculties, DTU Center Directors and 595 new graduates with their parents.

Associate Professor Nguyen Ngoc Minh awards degrees to DTU new graduates 
 
Dr. Vo Thanh Hai said: “The 4th industrial revolution is well underway and will change the nature of most of our jobs, which will bring both new opportunities and challenges, so you must make every effort to succeed. I am sure that the education you have received at DTU will serve as a strong foundation for you to develop your careers for the betterment of our community. You will face numerous challenges on the road ahead, but, with sustained effort, you will be confident enough to demonstrate your capabilities and achieve much in your future careers.”

Associate Professor Nguyen Ngoc Minh awards degrees to DTU new graduates 
 
Mr. Nguyen Thoi, Director of the DTU Students Affairs office, reported that there were 595 graduates, including 61 graduates from Business Administration, 8 from Marketing Management, 28 from Corporate Finance, 30 from Banking, 50 from Audit Accounting, 121 from Business Accounting, 188 from Pharmacology, 29 from Nursing, 55 from Software Engineering, 18 from Computer Network Engineering, 6 from Information Systems and 6 from the full-time Associate Bachelor’s degree program. Ten valedictorians received certificates of merit and awards.  
 
Tran Nguyen Da Thao of class D21KDN said: “I was delighted and proud to receive my DTU Bachelor’s degree. Our achievements were due to our own hard work and also to the support of our lecturers. We will continue to make efforts to improve the quality of our work, in order to meet the expectations of our families and lecturers, and, at the same time, to contribute to the socio-economic development of our community.”
