Then Dr. Le Nguyen Bao introduced his three main objectives for the upcoming academic year:  “Quality of Life, Quality of Education and Continuing Progress”. He said: “Our first target is to improve the living standards of lecturers and staff, which will increase their motivation to dedicate themselves more and more to making a better DTU in the future. DTU is also campaigning to train DTU staff in Humanities, increase the publication of internationally-recognized research papers, and inviting foreign lecturers to assist in upgrading our teaching methods”.

Mr. Nguyen Le Quoc Linh represented the Danang Labor Union to award a certificate of merit to Mr. Le Cong Co for his dedication to education over the years. The DTU Management Board also gave awards worth 500 million VND to certain staff for their accomplishments during the academic year. 

Mr. Le Cong Co, DTU Rector, ended the ceremony. He emphasized: “Teachers need the enthusiasm to dedicate themselves to the education of the younger generation. DTU has made some remarkable achievements in the last academic year. I hope that you will all try harder to maintain the excellent reputation that we have built up over the past 16 years”.
