On the morning of July 29, 2026, Thinh Khang An One-member LLC, in coordination with DTU, held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Medical-Educational Complex and Premium Apartment Project.

Located at 2 Phan Hanh Son Street in Da Nang, the complex is a key project within DTU’s Medical Tourism Ecosystem. The development represents a major milestone in the advancement of healthcare, education, science and technology, innovation, and medical tourism in the city.

As Da Nang works toward its goal of becoming “a livable city and a regional center for innovation and high-quality education and healthcare in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands,” the project is expected to make significant contributions in several areas.
The complex is envisioned as a high-quality integrated environment for living, learning, research, and healthcare. It will help meet the growing needs of academics, experts, lecturers, students, and local residents in Da Nang.
