The DTU TikTok Content Creation contest

Are you ready to tell your story? Turn your DTU memories into million-view videos and stand a chance to win exciting prizes in the TikTok Content Creation Contest “DTU MOMENTS 2026 - EVERY MOMENT, A STORY OF PRIDE,” officially launched by the DTU Admissions Center today!

Participants:

-    DTU Students and alumni.
-    High school students who have participated or are currently participating in experience programs at DTU.
-    Format: Individual or group (up to 5 members per group).

Submission & Award timeline:

-    Submission period: March 1st to April 25th, 2026.
-    Winners Announcement & Award Ceremony: May 5th, 2026.

Suggested Content themes:

-    A day in the life at DTU,
-    Reviewing your favorite major,
-    Trendy check-in spots around campus, including libraries and laboratories,
-    Unforgettable memories with lecturers and friends.

Contest requirements:

-    Video duration: 30 - 120 seconds,
-    Publicly post on personal TikTok account,
-    Use all required hashtags:
#DTUMoments2026 #DaiHocDuyTan #ChonDTUChonThanhCong #DTU #DuyTanUniversity
-    Tag the DTU official Fanpage,
-    Content should be positive, civilized, and not violate any laws or copyrights.

Videos must meet the following requirements:

1.    The video must be created by the contestant themselves.

2.    Do not use images or sounds that violate copyright.

3.    The content must not contain:

-    Misinformation
-    Political sensitivity
-    Personal or organizational offense.

4.    By participating in the contest, contestants agree that DTU has the full right to use, edit, modify, distribute, and repost the contest videos without any additional copyright fees.

Total Prize value: 20,000,000 VND

-    One First: 5,000,000 VND
-    One Second: 3,500,000 VND
-    Two Thirds: 1,500,000 VND each
-    Three Creativity awards: 1,500,000 VND each
-    Four Promising awards: 1,000,000 VND each

In addition to the prize money, the winners will receive:

-    Certificate of Merit from the Organizing Committee
-    Opportunity to become a DTU Student Ambassador 2026

Scoring method:

The total score for the contest entry is calculated using the formula:
Total score = (Interaction points x 70%) + (Judging panel points x 30%)

-    Interaction points (maximum 70 points) are based on views, likes, and shares, calculated until 11:59 PM on April 25, 2026.

Calculation: [(Views x 1) + (Likes x 3) + (Shares x 5)]

-    Judging panel points (maximum 30 points) are evaluated based on the following criteria:

o    Creative content
o    Inspirational message
o    Image quality, editing technique
o    DTU’s image promotion

With the message “Every moment at DTU is precious,” the contest “DTU MOMENTS 2026 - EVERY MOMENT, A STORY OF PRIDE” is not just a creative platform but also an opportunity for young people to reflect on their learning journey, capture unforgettable memories, and share their own story. DTU is not only a place of study but also a journey of growth, and every moment here deserves to be captured, shared, and spread.
