DTU Meets with Journalists to Celebrate the 98th Anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press Day

On June 17, DTU met with Danang journalists to celebrate the 98th anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press Day and thanked them for their support over the past 29 years.

Distinguished Teacher Le Cong Co said: “During the past 29 years, DTU has always sought to be worthy of the trust that the state and society have placed upon us, and the local press has continually assisted us greatly by keeping the community updated on our progress. Meanwhile, your constructive suggestions have encouraged us to steadily improve the quality of education at the university and achieve our goals. We hope that you will continue to work with us closely to promote DTU, our research and international partnerships, so that we can make even greater contributions to society.”

On behalf of DTU Board of Provosts, DTU lecturers and staff, DTU Vice-Provost Dr. Vo Thanh Hai congratulated the journalists on the anniversary. He gave a brief overview of the enrollment, the teaching, research achievements and awards that DTU has achieved so far. DTU is one of the most modern and best-known private universities in the Central region, with 25,000 students, and continues to graduate highly qualified professionals into the local workforce to actively contribute to industrialization in the region.
 
On behalf of the journalists, Mr. Truong Trung, from the Tuoi Tre News, expressed his appreciation of DTU’s accomplishments and said: “I am sure that DTU will achieve even more in education and continue to supply us with significant and timely information, so that we can continue publishing more and more positive news for the community in the future.”
