DTU Launches the 2021 Youth Month

On February 28, the DTU Union held the 2021 Youth Month Launch Ceremony and Green Sunday event, to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the 91st anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, entitled: “DTU students take pride in the traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.”

The Vietnamese Union, the DTU Union and students remembered and took pride in the traditions and achievements of previous generations, and demonstrated their youthful strength and spirit in support of the ongoing development of the Union.
 
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet said: “The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and generations of young Vietnamese members have composed an amazing story over the past 90 years of national development, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Today, the youth of our country, especially our DTU Union members and students pledge their allegiance to the glorious Party banner, inspired by the revolutionary cause, and strive to virtuously follow Uncle Ho’s guidance. In this Vietnamese Youth Year, DTU Union members and students confirm their trust in the Party and resolve to promote voluntary and creative activities, such as intellectual contests and international integration events, in order to improve the standard of education. The strength of the Union will be worthy of recognition for its role as the competent right hand of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the DTU Party Branch.”

DTU Union members take part in “Green Sunday”
 
DTU Union members and students cleaned up the trash surrounding the campuses. The nationwide event focused on creating a greener and cleaner environment and increasing awareness of ways of strengthening and guaranteeing a more civilized lifestyle for DTU students.
