On February 18th and 19th, DTU and Vinpearl held a recruitment day for Tourism students from DTU and other universities in Danang.

Vinpearl, a member of Vingroup, is engaged in the development and management of hotels and is the owner of several large-scale resorts in cities across Vietnam, such as the international 5-star Vinpearl Resort on the island of Hon Tre in NhaTrang, which features the Vinpearl Amusement Park and an 18-hole golf course. They also own the Vinpearl Luxury Danang, located in the Ngu Hanh Son District.
DTU students
Recruitment day offered students hundreds of job positions in Front Office Operations, Food and Beverage and other areas. Short-listed applicants will be interviewed by department heads in the second round and, in the third round, those remaining who pass an English exam will be offered jobs at Vinpearl.
Tran Thi Hoi, an alumni of the DTU Faculty of Foreign Languages, said: “I have just graduated from DTU and I am researching job opportunities on the DTU Facebook. I have applied for the position of Housekeeping Secretary and hope to work in an international environment such as the Vinpearl Luxury. DTU frequently collaborates with local and international business to host recruitment days, helping broaden career job opportunities for both students and graduates”.
Vinpearl interviewed 200 job applicants. The most qualified candidates will be offered full-time jobs after completing a 2 month- probationary period.
