On October 21st, the DTU Student Research Management Department, the DTU Center for Research and Development and the DTU Center for Socio-Economic Research kicked off the Students Research and Social Venture Planning Competition. Professor Vu Xuan Quang, DTU Vice-Provost, DTU lecturers, staff and students attended.

Professor Quang said: “Over the years, the DTU Board of Provosts has made sustained efforts to encourage student research, to improve the quality of education at DTU. Research is vital in developing creativity and soft skills, to improve your qualifications and to meet the strict requirements of your future careers.”
DTU students
The quality of research at DTU has improved recently. The staff of the Center for Research and Development and the Center for Socio-Economic Research have presented several research papers on Technology, Engineering and Health Science to help students have a better understanding about choosing an appropriate major and how to conduct research projects.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh, Acting Dean of the DTU Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism kicked off the 2015 SVPC competition, intended to identify and foster young, talented businessmen and women in Danang and the Central Region. Participants will have opportunity to win valuable prizes and a place in the CDIO contest, to be in held in Turku, Finland.
