On January 31st, the DTU Faculties of Pharmacy and Nursing visited the A Tieng commune in the Tay Giang district of Quang Nam province and donated blankets, medicine and gifts to the local people.

Lecturers and students started work immediately they arrived, conducting medical tests and prescribing medicine to over 100 households. They also donated fifty packages of clothes and blankets to the villagers, valued at 250,000 vnd each.

“Warm Winter” helped the people in the A Tieng commune and also helped the DTU student of DTU to broaden their experience, put their knowledge into practice and provide pleasant memories of their trip. It will also prove to be valuable training for those hoping to become doctors in the future.
