Special Emulation Flag for Duy Tan University

At the Vietnam National Convention Center, on September 1st, 2010, Duy Tan University was awarded a special Emulation Flag from the Ministry of Education & Training, on the occasion of the closing ceremony of the 2009-2010 academic year.

More than 400 universities and colleges attended the ceremony. 16 universities and 3 colleges received the Emulation Flag, including  3 private universities: Duy Tan University, Lac Hong University and Tay Do University. DTU was the only one from Nghe An to Dong Nai Province to receive this award.

The Emulation Flag is given to institutions with excellent achievements. Even though Duy Tan is a private university, it is always the leading innovator in education management, teaching and study methods. The partnerships between DTU and international universities bring to DTU many advanced training programs. In 2010, DTU was successful in working with Penn State, one of the best universities in America in business studies. The infrastructure of DTU is highly regarded in Vietnam for its steady development.

At the beginning of 2010, DTU was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal for its significant contributions to education.

This was a big boost for the DTU faculty to confidently launch the new academic year to produce even better results in 2010/2011.
