On November 8th, 2009, at Quang Trung campus, DTU held a press conference on the occasion of their 15th Anniversary.
Participants included Mr. Le Cong Co, President and Rector of DTU, Dr. Vo Thanh Hai, Vice Rector of DTU, faculty members and members of the press.
At this press conference, Dr. Vo Thanh Hai gave a report on the founding and development of DTU and outstanding achievements so far. He presented the long-term strategy of DTU, including international cooperation, building a solid Party within the university and a well-qualified faculty. From 2011 to 2020, DTU will continue to strive to become a multi-level, multi-discipline university, providing highly qualified graduates to the community.
Representatives from the press raised questions about DTU’s size, educational requirements and corporate relationships. The conference reflected the strong ties between DTU and the press.
