On May 28th 2009, a delegation from MOET met with Duy Tan university to begin an external evaluation.
The evaluation took place from May 25th to May 28th, 2009. The delegation focused on examining official DTU documents and interviewing the Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments, students, alumni and affiliated companies. The delegation visited and worked with all DTU faculties and departments. After four days of work, the delegation came to its initial conclusions. The delegation highly ranked the facilities, the excellent student policies and the clear financial statements. The delegation also highlighted some improvements that needed to be made in the future.
Finally, Mr. Le Cong Co acknowledged the findings of the delegation and pledged to address the requirements to meet the MOET standards in the near future.
