On February 25, 2025, a delegation from the DTU College of Medicine & Pharmacy visited and extended congratulations to medical professionals at 12 medical facilities in Da Nang City and Thua Thien Hue Province on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - 2025).
The delegation visited major hospitals, including Da Nang C Hospital, Da Nang Dermatology Hospital, Da Nang Psychiatric Hospital, Da Nang Oncology Hospital, Da Nang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, Hospital 199 – Ministry of Public Security, Da Nang Department of Health, Hue Central Hospital, and several other healthcare facilities.
The DTU delegation personally congratulated the medical personnel there for Vietnamese Doctors’ Day. Additionally, the delegation acknowledged and appreciated the invaluable contributions of doctors and medical personnel who have guided the university’s students during their internships, helping them gain practical experience and enhance their professional skills.
In response, the healthcare facilities expressed their sincere appreciation and highly valued the collaboration between the university and the local hospitals. They were committed to support the training of the DTU Health Sciences majors, to broaden their internship and future career opportunities.
The visit was not only an opportunity to honor the tremendous contributions of medical professionals but also served as a strong bridge for continued collaboration in medical education between DTU and healthcare institutions, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare workforce quality in the future.
