Several graduates with excellent academic results have been recruited by local businesses directly. Nguyen Thi Kim Thao majored in Tourism and Travel Management and successfully landed her dream job. She currently works as a tour guide manager at Viettravel in Danang.

She explained: “I first attended Career Week when I was a first-year student and was fortunate to meet with corporate representatives and hear about potential careers, company requirements and job orientation. I learned that they all needed dynamic, active, and responsible employees, especially in tourism. Consequently, I took part in various Youth Union activities and tour guide contests, at the same time enhancing my foreign language and professional skills.

When I was a final-year student, I attended Career Week once again and learned about Vietravel. As a result, I was lucky to be hired by their Danang branch. I was exuberant because all the work I had put in during my years at the university paid off. I want to encourage others like myself to retain your passion and enthusiasm, because wonderful things are awaiting you!” said Kim Thao.
