On November 17th, DTU opened the Faculty of Law and began teaching the first K23 course in Economic Law. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuan, Dean of the DTU Faculty of Law, said that the faculty evolved from the School of Law.
Students will learn in-depth knowledge of legal matters and familiarize themselves with the requisite specialized legal terminology and jargon, to prepare themselves for their careers after graduation. In addition, the training program, including assisting local businesses and visits to tribunal sessions, will broaden their professional ability.

According to Hero of Labor, Distinguished Teacher Le Cong Co, DTU President and Provost, the faculty’s objective is to graduate expert lawyers, with a comprehensive knowledge of their profession. “The Faculty of Law, will contribute to solving the shortage of qualified lawyers in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands and, at the same time, meet the aspirations of students with a passion for law.” he said.
