DTU International Week - 2014

On 12th April, the annual DTU International Week - 2014 was celebrated at the DTU Enrollment Center. There were some interesting activities and games and students also had the opportunity to practice their English and increase their understanding of the world.
 
International Week - 2014 also introduced DTU’s study abroad programs to students, including the PSU, CMU, CSU, 1+1+2, and 2+2, 3+1 courses.
 
Associate Professor Minh awards scholarships to outstanding students

DTU also awarded 100 scholarships, worth 700,000 dong each, to pupils from Danang high schools to encourage them to study hard.
 
Students were able to learn about different cultures by taking part in a Trivia Game and by visiting various cultural booths. At the booths, students were able to practice their English by making their presentations about country cultures and national dress, which they designed themselves.

One interesting activity of the 2014 International Week, which attracted a large audience, was the Cheerleading contest. Several teams from high schools, colleges and universities in Danang enthusiastically participated in the contest. Phan Thanh Tin, a student of K18PSU KKT1, said: “This is the second time I have taken part in DTU International Week. We love participating because of the originality of the activities and games and I hope to attend such events in future to broaden myself.”
 
At the closing ceremony, the organizers awarded prizes to winners of the Trivia Game, the Cultural Booths with National Dress, and the Cheerleading contest. The event provided fond memories of student life.
