DTU and the Danang Technical University of Medicine and Pharmacy met in the finals of the 2013 Regional Futsal U-League competition. With a score of 5-4, the DTU team entered the national finals of 2013 Futsal U-League competition.

The DTU team was cheered on and applauded as they played hard in an exciting match against the very strong Danang Technical University of Medicine and Pharmacy team. This was a crucial match to enter the finals. The determined DTU team scored their first goal just a few minutes after the match began. The score was even until the end as each team tried to prevent the other from scoring another goal.

To decide which team was to progress to the finals, the two sides participated in a penalty shout-out in front of the anxious spectators. Their fans were delighted when DTU scored the final goal. The hall boomed with cheers and applause from the DTU supporters. DTU team won the regional finals and moved on to the national finals, which will take place in January 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City. The DTU team will represent the Central region, competing against the strongest teams from the North and South.
