A signing ceremony for a partnership
between DTU and the Crowne Plaza Hotel took place on November 18th.
Attendees included Mr. Adwin Chong, Director General of the Crowne Plaza Danang,
Professor Nguyen Ngoc Minh, DTU Vice-Provost, faculty, staff and a large number
of students.

Under the agreement, the partners will
collaborate in research and training and organize internships for students. The
Crowne
Plaza will work with DTU on recruitment and internships and provide training
courses on the improvement of professional skills. DTU will enhance the English
skills of Crowne Plaza staff and arrange for the hotel to participate in
job-related conferences and meetings, as well as its annual Job Fair.

Mr. Chong said: “It is an honor for the Crowne Plaza Danang
to sign a collaborative agreement with DTU. We commit to creating a good professional
environment so that DTU graduates can make the most of their abilities and gain
much job experience. We know that DTU students are highly appreciated by the local
business community, thanks to their qualifications and soft skills. So we
expect to meet and work with DTU students, as they are the people we need.”
Crowne Plaza Danang, the largest five-star international hotel on Danang
Beach, is centrally located between Ha
Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and is a gateway to four UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Hue,
the former Imperial City, Hoi An Ancient Town, the My Son Holy Land and Phong
Nha-Ke Bang.
In collaboration with the Crowne
Plaza Danang, DTU will offer more study and internship opportunities to students
before graduation.
