Beginning on January 14th, the course was specially designed for IT experts, who are working for software companies and the city corporation. The project was part of the ITC Development sub-project which is being funded by the World Bank. The objective is to focus on providing equipment to improve the efficiency of the urban Internet network and to develop staff for local e-government in the near future.
