On the 5th of October, 200 DTU students of the CMU Information Technology program attended a recruitment session with the Enclave Company. This is an annual event held for students about to graduate in Information Technology.

In the morning, they met with Mr. Le Hoang Hung, the CEO of Enclave, who talked about the history of Enclave and shared his experiences working in foreign countries and how software engineers need to be self-motivated.

He said: “American IT engineers must be highly self-motivated and self-disciplined in order to complete their projects properly. In the future, if you work for Enclave or other companies, you will need to work independently at all times”.

Then the students took an English test and an interview to become interns at Enclave, before becoming full-time staff. They will be taught professional work skills and be supported by Enclave in the completion of their graduation theses. During their six-month internship at Enclave, they will receive an allowance of one million, one hundred thousand VND per month.

“As final year students, we are very lucky to be employed before graduation, so that we will have more time to focus to our studies without worrying about finding a job. I would like thank Enclave for offering us such good opportunities", said Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phong, a CMU student.

“Enclave and DTU has partnered for several years. More than forty percent of our staff are DTU alumni and some of them are members of the management board. Most of them are very hard-working and fluent in English”, said Mr. Le Phuoc Dat, a staff member.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Man, Dean of the DTU International School, every year the DTU International School and the DTU Department of Information Technology collaborates with local software companies to hold workshops and seminars for DTU seniors.

Many other companies, such as LogiGear, Gameloft, the Nam Hai Resort, the Intercontinental Danang Resort and so on often come to DTU to look for new staff. This demonstrates the support of the DTU Board of Provosts to help students find jobs.
