Graduation Ceremony for Graduates of the DTU Partnership Program with the National Institute of information Technology of Delhi, India (NIIT)

On July 31st, 2010, Duy Tan University held a graduation ceremony for the third of the two-year NIIT associate degree program. Mr.Vijo, Chief Representative of NIIT in Vietnam, representatives of DTU's Board and NIIT program students participated in this event. At the ceremony, there were fifty students graduating in International Programming and Network Management. The students received degrees issued by NIIT which are globally recognized. At the ceremony, Duy Tan and NIIT granted jointly certificates of merit to students with outstanding results in course. With a score of 80%, Mr. Tran Trieu Khai from Network Management received a certificate of excellent.
 

On behalf of NIIT Vietnam, Mr.Vijo said "Information Technology is indispensable tool for every country. NIIT’s objective is to train highly qualified people to meet the demand. After graduation, many NIIT-DTU graduates have found jobs in well-known companies. Professionalism, care and proficiency in a foreign language are the special strengths of NIIT students, which are highly considered by recruiters. The graduates need to keep improving these skills.”

Founded in 1981 in India, NIIT is one of top educational institutes in the world in the studies of Information Technology. Duy Tan’s NIIT program was established in 2005 and has offered six two-year courses, enrolling over four hundred students so far. On graduation, they are able to become I/T experts in Vietnam and possibly abroad. Graduates can transfer to a full-degree program if they meet the conditions set by the university.
