The “Free Emergency Aid” team stands ready 24/7 to help people in their homes, take them to the Phuc Khang Hospital or transfer them somewhere else, depending on patient requirements and status, all at no cost. The Free Emergency Aid program is coordinated by Dr. Pham Thi Anh Hong from DTU and the medical team at Phuc Khang Hospital.
