In his address, DTU Provost Dr Le Nguyen Bao congratulated the graduates and shared important perspectives on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence worldwide. “You’re living in a period of profound transformation driven by AI,” he said. “Those who know how to use AI will gain a significant advantage in learning, growth, and more rapid success. Over the next three to five years, before society is fully reshaped by AI, you have a valuable window to create a competitive edge provided you know how to use AI effectively. In the past, many studies suggested that achieving lasting success required approximately ten years of dedicated work, equivalent to ten thousand hours of accumulated experience. Today with the support from AI, this can be significantly shortened though. People who know how to ask the right questions and use AI intelligently may achieve success just a few years after graduation. What matters most is maintaining independent thinking and freedom of choice. Master AI and put it to good use to develop yourself, but never allow it to diminish your willpower or your identity.”

Since Hilton Danang began operations, more than 150 DTU students have done internships at our hotel. Notably, 46 alumni of the school are currently employed at Hilton Danang in many positions - from staff to management - which is nearly 25% of the total workforce at Hilton. This is an outstanding outcome and a testament to the effectiveness of the partnership between the university and industry.”
