Undergraduate

Through an intern-training scholarship program by xBrain (a member of TechX Group), fourteen last-year students at the International School (VN-US) and the Faculty of IT of the School of Data & AI (SDA), Duy Tan University (DTU), have passed the hands-on training and joined xBrain as official employees, in the positions AI agent, data, cloud DevOps, and AIOps.

As digital transformation and AI reshape the demand for workers in technology, bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and the practical requirements of businesses has become a shared concern for students and universities. In response, the DTU International School and the Faculty of IT at the DTU School of Data & AI, have stepped up efforts to bring students closer to real-world work environments through partnerships with leading technology companies.

Hands-on scholarship by xBrain

Recognizing the potential of last-year students, xBrain sponsored intern-training scholarships. The program focused on technology areas with a high demand for workers: AWS, CloudOps, DevOps, AI agent, and many related fields.

Unlike a conventional course, the program placed students in a hands-on environment. They worked with enterprise processes, tools, and standards, and they received guidance and mentorship from specialists. The program therefore provided not only support with knowledge but also a clear career pathway.

After more than four months of training, fourteen students demonstrated their capabilities, learning spirit, and professionalism to become official members of the xBrain team in the following positions:
