An Agreement with Incheon National University (South Korea)
On August 12, 2026, Duy Tan University (DTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Incheon National University. In addition to expanding the two universities’ international partnership networks, the agreement will create further opportunities for students from both institutions to interact, learn from one another, and explore new avenues of cooperation in the years ahead.

Professor Chung Jin-young, a representative of Incheon National University, said: “It is a great honor for us to have the opportunity to continue our collaboration with DTU. As far as I know, DTU is one of the fastest-growing universities in Vietnam and that its position in international university rankings continues to improve. It is truly a pleasure and an honor to partner with such a dynamic institution of tremendous potential. I hope that, in the coming years, Incheon National University and DTU will jointly develop additional collaborative programs in a variety of fields, particularly student exchanges and cultural and academic activities. I am confident that, through the goodwill and efforts of both institutions, the partnership between Incheon National University and DTU will continue to produce meaningful results.”
Under the MOU, DTU and Incheon National University agreed to establish a flexible framework for cooperation with the aim of developing a sustainable, long-term partnership. Their collaborative activities will be conducted within the Humanities Utmost Sharing System (HUSS), a national initiative funded and supported by South Korea’s Ministry of Education.

The partnership will initially focus on enhancing students’ awareness and understanding of inclusive Tourism, an approach that emphasizes accessibility, participation, and equitable experiences for all. The two institutions will jointly organize classroom- and field-based learning activities, along with interactive cultural experiences, while promoting academic and knowledge exchange in social inclusion, culture, and tourism.

The agreement is expected to lay the groundwork for DTU and Incheon National University to develop additional student exchange programs and cultural and academic activities in the future.
Dr. Le Nguyen Bao, DTU Provost, said: “The partnership between DTU and Incheon National University has been maintained and strengthened over the past two years, during which numerous delegations from Incheon National University have visited DTU to participate in student exchange and engagement programs. We greatly appreciate the efforts of both institutions to sustain and advance these collaborative activities, and we believe that the partnership will continue to grow in the years ahead. In addition to our current collaborative program, the participation today of DTU administrators and lecturers in the fields of Languages, Social sciences, and Humanities provides an opportunity for the two institutions to discuss new avenues of cooperation.”
