The program aims to:
- promote connections between universities in Europe, Australia, and Asia, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources through educational exchange programs, supporting students in career development and integration into the global labor market.
- raise students' awareness through academic and cultural exchange activities, broadening their perspectives and international understanding; developing the knowledge and skills necessary for students to address problems and challenges in the global labor market.
The 2024 INCiTE Summer School lasts for 2 weeks with over 130 students from 6 universities, including: University of Edinburgh (the UK), University of Sydney (Australia), University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands), Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), National University of Management (Cambodia), and DTU (Vietnam).
The program will provide students with the very opportunity to apply their intercultural competency and entrepreneurial skills to tackle global challenges in an international working environment.
During the 2-week program, students will focus on learning and enhancing their intercultural competency, entrepreneurship, design thinking, and understanding local culture through various engaging activities.
The INCiTE Summer School was first held in 2019 in China to meet the growing demand for short-term student exchange programs.
It serves as a means for partner universities to better prepare students for working in an international environment by providing them with opportunities to enhance their global citizenship qualities.
