On November 24, Samsung Vina Electronics Company donated thirty high-configuration computers to the DTU IT Lab. This demonstrated Samsung’s commitment to fostering Vietnamese technological talent and developing a sustainable relationship with DTU, to train a highly qualified local workforce.
The Opening ceremony
The DTU computer lab was officially opened on the Quang Trung campus, sponsored by Samsung Vietnam, as part of the 2022-2023 Samsung Innovation Campus project. Equipped with thirty high-configuration computers, one laptop, and one smart TV, the lab will be used to jointly coordinate IT education development with Samsung Vietnam, in 2023 and thereafter.
In May 2023, the Samsung Vina Electronics Company and DTU jointly held an MoU agreement signing ceremony to expand the Danang Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) project in 2023.

Samsung will provide training courses for students and teachers, to enhance educational excellence, teaching ability, practicality, professionalism and sustainability.
Since 2019, Samsung has implemented the SIC program in many countries worldwide, including Vietnam. SIC program accumulated 6,000 lecturers and students in Vietnam.
