On June 23, DTU, the Hanoi Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology and the Dentium company from Korea will jointly hold a "Minimalism in Dentium" conference in Danang, an academic forum for leading scientists, doctors, and experts in the field.
DTU and Dentium have previously met several times to prepare for the signing of an MOU. Their objective is to work together in the development of Vietnam’s dental industry, especially with the equipping and training of health centers and medical universities.
DTU signs an MOU with Dentium
Dentium was founded in 2000 in Seoul, manufactures dental implant kits, lab tool kits, surgical instruments and computerized tomography scanners and is one of the five largest manufacturers in dental implant devices in the world, currently recognized as Korea's leading dental equipment supplier.
Dentium was the first company to successfully apply S.L.A rough surface technology in the production of dental implants and is certified by authorities internationally, including the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Dentium has a subsidiary, Genoss, which focuses on the production of bone graft materials, vascular and spine treatment equipment, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, and materials used in denture labs.
Dentium has branches in Hanoi, Danang and HCMC, with clients from dental clinics nationwide. It is also the only company of its type with a factory in the Danang Hi-Tech Park. Dentium has already contributed to the general development of the Odonto-Stomatology industry in Vietnam, including Project 5628, working with the Ministry of Health to increase the capacity of communal dental checkups and oral disease prevention services from 2021 to 2030. The company also partners with major hospitals and universities across the country to organize training courses and seminars for Odonto-Stomatologists.
