On May 13, the DTU International School held a Student Scientific Research Conference to improve education through research activities, and emulate the progress made last year.

Professor Dr. Lim Sang Taek, DTU Vice-Provost and Dean of International School, said: “Our objective is to improve education at DTU through research, and this conference will enhance students’ capacity to participate in projects and stimulate their creativity and autonomy in their studies. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to our guest speakers who took time to present to us at this plenary session, to the GMO Company and Techsoft for your sponsorship, and to lecturers and students from the DTU International School and Department of Science Management for your hard work.”
DTU International School students present their projects
Presentations were given by Dr. Le Minh Thai, CTO of Consulting and Training at Viet-Australia in HCMC; and by Dr. Hoang Thanh Hien, Lecturer in PSU Vietnamese-American Management & Economics studies at the DTU International School.
The presentations that followed were impressive because of the students’ self-confidence, English fluency and ability to answer complex questions. Several of their experiments came up with constructive results and have led to the implementation of practical applications. In conclusion, the jury expressed their appreciation of the research reports and awarded prizes and certificates:
