Over the years, DTU has been expanding international collaboration to improve the quality of its education and promote academic exchange with many well-known universities around the world. On May 30, DTU signed a contract with Kyung Hee University in South Korea to enhance educational development.
The signing
Located in Dongdaemun-gu in Seoul, South Korea, Kyung Hee University is among Korea’s most prestigious private institutions. The university is ranked in the 251-300 range by Times Higher Education in 2022, and 264th by QS World University Rankings in 2022.
With high regard for the impressive activities conducted by Kyung Hee University, UNESCO awarded the Graduate Institute of Peace Studies the "Prize for Peace Education" in 1993.

DTU and Kyung Hee University agreed to partner in key activities, including:
- Lecturer and research student exchange,
- Undergraduate and postgraduate student exchange,
- Organizing joint research projects including conferences and workshops,
- Working together to exchange educational publications and information,
- Double degree program for Bachelors,
- Other activities jointly implemented by both schools.
Hopefully, the signing will create conditions for Kyung Hee University and DTU to strengthen their bilateral relationship and improve the quality of education at both universities.
