After a long forced break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the “DTU Color Festival” officially returned, more jubilant than ever on April 23. Thousands of students from all DTU member schools, institutes, and clubs went all out in the festival, filled it with the unique spirit of DTU students, and made it a lively and memorable weekend day.
Unlike in previous years, the “DTU Color Festival” was more exotic with unique and multicultural booths based on meticulous investments and research and showing the spirit of each of the member schools, institutes, and clubs. The eye-catching cultural performances appealed through the students’ youthfulness. The lively but therefore no less funny teambuilding performance showed team spirit, the solidarity of a strong and close-knit school, and cohesion among members.
“Although the festival lasted one mere day, it’s a beautiful memory on our preparatory journey,” students shared on the DTU Club for Students of Five Merits fan page, “practicing our performances together until the late hours, meals of instant noodles after a long day of working together on the booth, riding our motorbikes to go cut bamboo under the harsh sun… There were moments it was tough for real, but none of us voiced complaints; instead each of us was an indispensable piece of the puzzle and we worked side by side throughout to complete our great picture of colors. This will be an unforgettable moment of the DTU Club for Students of Five Merits.”
The 2022 “DTU Color Festival” with its lively and enthused atmosphere closed with many beautiful moments and impressions that will not easily fade in the young people’s hearts. We hope that these outdoors activities will continue bringing students healthy playgrounds after class hours and connect DTU students into a close-knit and ever stronger group.
