Universities and high schools around the world invest heavily in open laboratories where their students can freely explore their potential and their ambitions. Now, university applicants have discovered a private university in Central Vietnam offering a similar international educational environment and have been inspired to sign up in big numbers. That university is DTU .

It comprises five labs, for telecommunications, micro-processing, electronics, logic control and machinery, and two centers for lecturing and research within the Center for Electricity and Electronics (CEE) and the Center for Information Technology (CIT), all equipped to satisfy the requirements of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering lecturers and students. The Young Researchers club also meets to encourage and promote Nursing talent and expertise.
Products developed by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering have been experimented with locally and won Young Innovation prizes
The DTU Faculty of Electrical Engineering has developed several impressive products, such as a robot that guides pedestrians across the street, for which the Youth Union was awarded the Young Innovation prize; a smart condom dispenser, in public experimental use in Danang; and a robot that verifies ship welds, now in use at Song Thu company.
