On May 23rd, the DTU Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Institute for Southeast Asian Studies of the Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences held a workshop entitled: “Vietnam - Asia: Historical, Cultural and Literary Relations”.
Researchers come from 27 institutions nationwide
Fifty papers were submitted, covering Vietnamese history, culture and literature, from past to present.
The relationship between Vietnam and Asia is was so strong that it was difficult to discuss facts in detail at just a small-scale workshop, so several people presented their brief opinions, in order to provide a forum for researchers to discuss and exchange initial ideas on the relationship.
