On May 4th, DTU held a cultural exchange program with students from the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT), in Macau, China. Dr. Nguyen Tan Thang, DTU Vice-Provost, Dr. Ha Nhu Hang, Vice-Dean of the DTU Graduate School, DTU students and 25 IFT students, led by Professor Choi Suh-hee, attended.

Dr. Thang said: “With 22 years of experience teaching Tourism, DTU has always provided Danang with a well-qualified workforce. IFT is one of the leading universities in Hospitality and Leisure Management in the Asia and we will discuss training programs and student exchanges with regard to future collaboration.”
DTU students overviewed the Vietnamese culture, its traditional dress, languages, food and local tourist attractions, Professor Suh-hee then talked about the culture of Macau and presented gifts.

The meeting allowed students to share information about their two universities and learn more about Vietnamese and Chinese culture.
