On March 12th, the 2018 CDIO Asian Regional Meeting took place at DTU, with over 200 delegates, the most attendees ever, from 55 universities in 12 countries.

The meeting will last three days, from March 12th till 14th, which offers a platform for educators and experts to share their experiences on their CDIO approach and engineering education practices as well. The Regional CDIO Academy for engineering students around the Asian region to showcase their innovative projects is also held at this year’s event.
The CDIO Initiative now has more than hundreds of educational institutions collaborating. The CDIO Academy in Asia has 28 members, with 5 from Vietnam, including the Viet Nam National University in Ho Chi Minh City, Duy Tan University, Thu Dau Mot University, Dalat University and the FPT University.
