On April 24th, DTU and the Quang Binh Department of Education and Training (DOET) signed an educational partnership agreement, with Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan, Vice-Director of the Quang Binh DOET, Professor Nguyen Ngoc Minh, DTU Vice-Provost and associated staff in attendance.
The Agreement with the Quang Binh DOET
Over the past several years, DTU and local high schools have enjoyed some significant accomplishments. With the support of DTU, students in high schools in Danang and the Quang Nam province have won several prizes in national technology and science competitions. With their modern facilities and laboratories and experienced lecturers, DTU has played an important role in the orientation, development and improvement of research in high schools.

Professor Nguyen Ngoc Minh, DTU Vice-Provost said, “Our plan is to widen educational partnerships with local high schools to mutually improve the quality of education. DTU is honored to have evolved into a dependable counseling channel for high schools in Quang Binh province. Our partnership will support staff, teachers and lecturers in their research and academic exchanges.”
DTU will support high schools in Quang Binh province in scientific and technological research, and arrange competitions for teachers and students, who will be allowed to use DTU’s equipment and laboratories in their research. The Quang Binh DOET will work with DTU to organize enrollment counseling and career orientation activates for Quang Binh province students. This relationship will bring many long-term benefits to both partners.
