Banners, posters, advertisements have been hung everywhere at Duy tan University to invite new high-school graduates to apply for admission, with joy, anxiety and pride on their faces. They created a vibrant atmosphere just before the first day of the new academic year.
This year, the reception of new student was well-prepared. Despite large numbers of students, the Admissions Board keenly interviewed each of them and gave detailed instructions, enabling them to feel more confident and secure. They were all provided with information about the academic programs, class schedules, faculty meeting and so on. The students were also informed about international programs with CMU, SPU and PSU. These are partnerships between Duy Tan University and other leading universities abroad to produce higher quality graduates.
Mr. Vo Dai Trang, a new student of information System said “At first I registered in the Business and Finance course but when I arrived, I was told about the international study program and the career opportunities on graduation, so I decided to transfer CMU program, despite the higher tuition fee.”
“Our family comes from Gia Lai and we felt much happier and more confident than before when we came to this big modern university”, a parent said.
