The Opening Ceremony of the B18 Second Degree Course
On 21st October, the opening ceremony of B18 Second Degree program was held, with Dr. Le Duc Toan, DTU Vice- Provost, the DTU faculty and more than four hundred enrollees.
Dr. Le Duc Toan, DTU Vice-Provost and Dean of the Postgraduate Department said: “Enrolling in the Second Degree program will provide students with a comprehensive education and knowledge of the soft skills required to meet the high requirements of potential employers. Employees will have the flexibility to change career paths and search for new opportunities with certified DTU faculty available to assist them in enhancing their abilities”.
In 2003, MOET allowed DTU to establish the Second Degree program and, over the past eight years, the university has enrolled 4,177 students. In the B18 course, there are 406 students studying Business Administration (following the PSU standards), Tourism & Hospitality, Finance and Banking and Accounting. Students in their third year and those who already have a bachelor’s degree can register for the course. The schedule is planned in a flexible way so that students can attend evening classes and can graduate after two years of study.
