Recently approved by the local authorities, Ms.Trang was very proud to win this new, annual competition. Second prizes were awarded jointly to Ms. Truong Thi Quynh Nhu, from the Danang Polytechnic College and to Ms. Nguyen Le Thuy Tram of the Danang University of Education. These two also won extra prizes of the best face and the best response to questions respectively.

Ms. Xuan Trang, Ms. Thuy Tram and Ms. Quynh Nhu will now compete in the final national round of 2012 Miss Vietnam Pageant, to be held in Danang in August. On behalf of the 2012 Miss Vietnam Pageant’s organizers, Mr. Tran Duc An, Manager of the Tien Phong Company presented free tickets to the three winners.

Two extra prizes of Most Talented and Miss Beach went to Ms. Le Hoang Bao Vi, of Dong A University, and to Ms. Le Hoang Hoa, from Danang International Airport.

The event was sponsored by the Thanh Nien Newspaper, Dan Tri, Danang, Danang VTV and DRT.

Funding for the event was supplied by local companies. Together with the Danang International Fireworks Competition and the Danang International Paramotor Race, the Miss Danang Pageant was part of the campaign to promote social, cultural and artistic activities in Danang.
