On June 11, the final round of the 2023 Miss World Vietnam contest was held in Ho Chi Minh City. Contestants posed in the traditional Ao Dai, in swimwear and in evening gowns, and 40 out of 59 were chosen to move on to the national finals on July 21 in Quy Nhon.
Special awards were presented to Nguyen Ngan Ha, who won the Miss Talented Beauty title and secured a place in the final top 20. She is 20 years old and an International Business major at the University of Danang. In addition, the top 5 Miss Tourism awards were presented to: Le Thi Kim Hau; Dao Thi Hien; Pham Thi Tu Trinh; Tran Phuong Nhi; and Tran Thi Hong Linh. Do Thanh Huong won the Miss Media award, and Pham Huong Anh and Nguyen Minh Trang were named the Most Loved Beauty Queens.
