On April 16, 2026, in Chengdu, China, DTU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chengdu Minto Technology, one of China’s leading companies in AI Agent solutions. This marks a key step in DTU’s strategy to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to smart university governance and the training of high-quality human resources.

As one of the leading multidisciplinary private universities in Central Vietnam, DTU has consistently been at the forefront of integrating technology into education. Meanwhile, Chengdu Minto Technology is a rising tech star in China, known for its proprietary WorkBrain solution and a global ecosystem of over 800 strategic partners.

This partnership is built on the principle of resource sharing and leveraging each party’s strengths, with a focus on developing intelligent digital infrastructure and nurturing high-level AI talent.

Establishment of a Joint AI Agent Laboratory

The two parties will jointly establish the “AI Joint Lab”, which will serve as the driving force for:

-    Developing a comprehensive AI curriculum system 
-    Researching and applying AI Agents in real-world contexts 
-    Creating an innovative hands-on environment for students and an academic research platform for lecturers

Special AI Talent training program: Learning by doing

To address Vietnam’s AI workforce needs, Minto Technology will launch a “Special AI Talent Training program” at DTU. Key highlights include:

-    Professional certification: Graduates will receive the “AI Agent Development Engineer” certification 
-    Real-world career opportunities: Outstanding students will be directly connected to enterprise projects through the “Minto Developer Community”

-    SchoolWalk Virtual Space: Building a digital community where each individual has a “Digital Human” identity for interaction and campus experiences
