By exploring a relatable and culturally rich topic, the DTU student team produced a vivid, engaging, and academically valuable result.

The festival was a memorable experience, not only for their achievements
but also for the personal growth of each member of the DTU teams
“We chose to create a video about the Busan dialect,” Korean-Language major Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyen says for the team that won second prize in K-video. “We focused on clarifying its distinctive features, such as strong intonation, decisive enunciation, and the many differences from the Seoul standard. With support from our lecturers at the DTU Faculty of Korean Language, we created scenes that directly compared the standard language and the Busan dialect in everyday communication, making the video feel both educational and entertaining. Through this competition, we not only improved our content-creation skills but we could also understand of our field of study in more depth, which will motivate us to continue learning and growing.”
